Been in loads of pain and trying to manage it between the 5 doctors now involved. Kinda wish they could all have a conference call to figure out how to HELP ME! Going in for 2 MRIs next week as they are now worried I may have herniated a disc in my neck. PT starts up for the scapula. Head feels like I’m being hit with a 2×4 all. day. long. Yes, I’m complaining. Sorry.

Oops, I emailed you – but totally understand if you’re not up to computer stuff. I’m so sorry about your fall. I have come to enjoy your blogs and video’s – and to learn you’re a Christian, too. Always good to meet a sister at heart. Will keep you in prayer during this difficult time and look forward to hearing from you when you feel better. Try to “be still”… 🙂

It is a hard place you are in honey, thank you for letting us know so we can pray for you!! Much love and prayer!!!
God is right there with you in all the chaos and pain, He is faithful and have no doubt that He will bring and show you “treasures” in the darkness, it is dark to us but not to Him..

I feel your pain! I have 3 herniated discs in my neck, have no idea how it happened.
The only thing that helped me, besides pain meds, and muscle relaxers, was physical therapy 4 days a week for about 4 weeks!
Good luck..

Sending prayers of comfort and hope your way. My candle remains lit with prayers for a complete recovery. As Isaiah 40:10 says, “Do not be afraid because I am with you, do not be discouraged because I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
xoxo.

I feel so horrible for you. Life is too short to be in pain. I really enjoy your blog. It has given me so much inspiration. So sorry those beautiful stairs caused you so much pain. Hoping the doctors figure this out quickly. You will be in my prayers.

Hey Christen,
Doctors can consult with each other so there can be a comprehensive approach to your care. In nursing, we call this having a galaxy of physicians. Discuss it with your “team.”
My son got up just this morning and said his head feels so much better after he has been asleep. He went to bed last night at 7pm and for a 19 year old that is saying something! He also said that he just wants to heal his brain. Sound advice. He has another MRI next week as well.
I am praying for you and the results of you MRI’s. Wear ear plugs!!

Sending caring and healing thoughts to you. It can take some time. Recovery can be slow. Listen to your body and the doctors. Try to let you come first. 🙂

I read this post this morning. A friend of mine who is battling pancreatic cancer linked to it on her FB. http://lemmonythings.wordpress.com/2014/01/05/god-will-give-you-more-than-you-can-handle-i-guarantee-it/
I send prayers of healing your way. You are an amazing woman and I am in awe of your creative talents and strength. Not many, if any, could host a photography session in their home after sustaining your injuries. And manage a successful business and raise a beautiful family. I hope you are better soon. Hugs. Oh honey be healed in Jesus name!! My hubby and I were praying for you this morning. God has a plan and you will recover. Take it easy and we will keep praying these doctors get a clue for you!! That idea of them having a conference call isn’t far fetched. When my daughter was diagnosed with thyroid issues that effected her entire being we got the doctored to work together for her healing. Go for it!! Love you

You have a right to hate the stairs – and the slippers! Surprised you’re even able to post as you have been. Best of luck with your team of doctors. I hope someone is advocating with you on your behalf. Everyone needs an advocate.

So sorry to hear you are still suffering so. I hope is comforting to you to know you are in the prayers of so many. I appreciate reading the scripture references others post. May I also add, 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. A tall order no doubt, but still good advice.

You deserve to complain! Hope you see/feel some improvement soon.
