Swivel chairs are very exciting. I didn’t know I needed them until I needed them. I’ve been updating the family room and was really excited to add these. I think they can open a room and make the adjoining area part of the conversation.
I have a few cats that agree.
These are from Restoration Hardware in the perennial fabric collection. If you choose this type of fabric dirt and wine and stains wipe right off. And it’s been true. I even risked getting the white because I was convinced and so far so good.
I haven’t purchased the big items in about 10 years. I’m pleased with the change and the brightness of the space. editing down helps too!

Yes, swivel chairs are a good idea for a multi functional room. I’ll have to remember that when redoing the family room next year. Love those little cat “pillows”!! One of my cats used to sit on the top of my couch like yours too. So cute. He’s gone now but that picture brought back some warm memories. Thanks for sharing your update. Room looks very nice.
