You Guys, I am so so so excited to share another podcast interview with you. Erin Joy’s from the podcast A Collective Voice and I have a revealing conversation about my past and healing. I explain the past and what happened in detail.
I think it’s important especially for those people that know me. It may be helpful for those family members that refuse to read my story. That’s ok. I’m ok with that. I wrote it for Little Christen so she could finally be heard. But, I do think this may be helpful. And for those that have been in their own struggle managing anxiety and pain and trauma, I really want you to hear this. You are not alone.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
You can feel better. It takes work, but if you are stuck in cycles of pain and trauma – that’s work too and it’s not life-giving. I would encourage you to start on the path of healing. It’s so easy to do therapy with Zoom now. Find a therapist and talk it out until you start to feel better and lighter. Medication is not bad or evil. It is a tool that will make getting up in the morning and interacting with people easier. It teaches you how be in the pool while you are learning how to swim.
You can find our interview anywhere you listen to your podcasts (Spotify, Apple, Audible, etc)
We discuss the church and school and my home life. Each of these posed a threat to me and my growth. I’m so excited for the opportunity to discuss and give answers to what was going on in my life and what I felt like I had to do to keep myself save.

Thank you Erin, for giving space for women to tell their stories. It is life-changing.
If you are suffering or just curious about my story, you can find it here. If you have read it, would you consider writing a kind & supportive review? It helps others find a resource where a woman tells a truthful story of what it takes to feel better. Review here.
