Thank you to all of you dear readers for your support, care, and prayers. Bensten has a long road ahead of him, but he is moving in the right direction. The outpouring has been incredible to see. It makes me feel like the world is not such a big, cold place when you see people gather and pray and hug one another. Continue to pray for his rehabilitation and his emotionally & physically worn parents.
I am returning to writing & painting this week because like a big, deep, healing breath I need to. We are climbing slowly out of the shadows and scratching for the sunlight. I am already thinking of our beach trip and more pictures like this one of my Fiona & sweet Bensten.
