Hi Loves!
We started our bathroom renovation before Christmas and it took a bit of time. We did it all ourselves and let me tell you it was darn messy. A dumpster was also required.
A bathroom can be small, but there is so much to do in the space. Whew! If you are not confident w/ your reno skills you may want to hire someone for this one.
You will see below Greta and Brent tackled all the tile work, walls, plumbing, framing, etc. I did the design and Fiona and Reid were on clean up duty. It was definitely a family affair.
We picked out our flooring and shower tiles from the Tile Shop. Yes, everything was on backorder, but it arrived within 2 months.
The fixtures are all from Build.com as well as the cast iron bath. I am in love with this tub! It is COZY. I fit in it! Still looking for a little caddy to keep my soaps in, but it’s such a statement piece. If you are on the fence about choosing a stand alone tub, my advice is go for it. They are trending and really really cozy.
The sinks are drop in vessel sinks. They are different and a bit cleaner than a drop in. Also from Build.com.
And those mirrors……
Yum. We spend a pretty penny on these, but I think they make the room. I found them at McGee and Co, Shea McGee’s design company. She has so many cool items.
I do have a little video that I have shared on Insta and Facebook….blueeggbrownnest

Looks awesome! Lot of hard work but the results are worth it.
The cat in the tub
hahahah Paris loves that tub!
Wow! We are beginning the design and estimate stages for our bathroom redo and this is everything our hearts desire! Stunning! May we, please, get the name and size of this tub. Looking at the build.com website, but not sure. And when you say you fit in it… may I ask your height? Thanks a million!
