Readers ask all the time about my wall colors. I did a series a few years ago revealing them and I promised many people that I would post the series again. I went back to look at the old posts and saw that I have better, magazine photos of the rooms. So this week I will post a picture of the space and the name of the paint. Enjoy!

Hi Christen,
I’ve fallen in love with chalk paint, your pieces in particular! I purchased some furniture
and also the Annie Sloan paint , waxes, and brushes. I chose Paris Grey to do the pieces in and got started. The front edge of the dresser started to crackle! Does this ever happen to you and do you try to fix it or just go with it? I really don’t want that look on this particular piece.
I have not waxed anything yet. Hoping you can offer some advice. Thanks, Marcia.
Hi Christen, I love your blog, and all of your pieces and decorating style! I would like to know where you get the horse figures you have featured in your photos? I cant seem to find anything like them. Please help! Thanks!
Your dinning room is gorgeous! I love that chest with all of the tiny drawers, cool!

I’ve just found your site via a tutorial for chalk paint. Thanks for sharing your wall color paint too – I love Ben Moore! Keep up the inspiring work and I hope to get some blogs out there on my site soon, in the mean time I’ll keep reading yours~!
Thank you sooo much! Today is my birthday, and that’s the best gift I can think of, is the color of your dining room wall! lol Every item in that dining room would make it my dream room. Thank you – and thanks for all your info/help you give to everyone. You are the caulk decor queen! 🙂
Hi,
I love this color. I live in a small condo and want to repaint. This would be a nice, neutral for the living/dining/hall area!
Happy birthday, Gwen
Blue egg brown nest is my go-to site for inspiration. I was introduced to Annie Sloan Chalk paint about a year ago and Christen’s chalk paint tutorial videos were just what I needed. Plus your “building a business” tips inspired me to start blogging about my own experiences and projects. Thank you so much Christen!

I’m sure you’ve been asked several times, but where is your zebra rug from?
Sorry, I did a search on your blog and found the answer! 😉 the link you provided, the print looks really brown. Is that the exact rug and the image color is just a little off?
Did you ever get the zebra rug? I’m trying to find one that looks like this picture. Any recommendations appreciated. 🙂
I love your dining room and I also have Benjamin Moore’s Hot Spring Stones paint throughout my home. What color are the curtains in your dining room? I love the color and have been looking for a good accent color to go with Hot Spring Stones.
Love this look! Where I the dining room table and chairs from?
Love, love, love this room! I would love to copy your tabletop design. Can you tell me where the artichoke finials are from?
