I think simple was the theme this year. Greens, silvers, whites, and glass. It felt right. Less is more this year.
My shopping was done on a total budget. Most of the items I purchased were from Target or Michael’s (our local craft store). You may recognize some of the greenery is from Hearth and Hand, Magnolia’s Target line. I also collected cloches and candle sticks from my own collection. The white nutcrackers were painted my moi. You can see that post here if you missed it.
I’m really in love with my name tags. I bought a little tea set from Decor Steals. It is a complete ceramic set with saucers, teapot and cream and sugar. I finally found the perfect use for them! Eeek!

So glad you’re back in my inbox. I’ve always loved your posts, and your photography is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your love of decor.
Thanks, Darcy! I love connecting with you all! xo
Very nice, Christen. I like the simplicity. I can’t wait to try the nutcracker make-over myself!
By the way, every time I look at the picture of you and your husband on your post I think, “What a handsome couple!”
Happyist Chistmas and New Year to you and your family!
Awwww thank you Naomi for all the support over the years! Let me know how the Nutcrackers turn out for you! Merry Christmas to you and yours! xo
