If you saw my house and garage right now you might mistake it for an abandoned estate sale. I have stuff everywhere. In the hallways, office, dining room, family room and don’t get me started on the mountain in the garage! Here is a little look.
Sometimes (often times) I operate from a place of anxiety, unfortunately. I get excited and then think I need to push myself to accomplish my goal. I tend to be a bit OCD about planning and arranging so nothing can go wrong. This is good and bad. Good because I am always, always prepared. Bad because I work myself to exhaustion leaving no space for rest. I’m working on patience & kindness towards myself, but it is an up hill battle for sure.
Now that I’ve shamed myself a bit or maybe just become more vulnerable, I am ready to move in! Just so you know, I am the little patch of land right next to the front door. I am moving in baby steps, people.
Here is where you can find Blue Egg Brown Nest. (FYI – This awesome stuff in the photos is not mine. It is a good idea of what treasures you can find out there though!)
Here is the other side, near the porch.
You will find old stuff and new stuff and new stuff that looks old. If you have not been out to Luckett’s don’t worry! I will peer pressure you to make the trip 🙂 I will take video and lots of pictures during my trips out.
Thank you for all your encouragement and support.

You give me so much encouragement. I have a lot of anxiety, because I want to keep things organized and meet my deadlines.
I love you blogs and your truth.

I have enjoyed your blog for several years now; always look forward to reading it, always gain inspiration from you. I wish you the best in this new adventure. You’ll do great, I sure!
Just one question. If your stuff is going to be located on the front porch, how will it stay dry when it rains/snows this winter? How do they keep people from walking off w/ stuff when the store is not opened?
Just curious!
