Sometimes you can find art in the most unusual of places and maybe it takes us looking a little closer to see the treat that is before us.
My Dad sent me a forward of these amazing graffiti images. He would know growing up pre-Giuliani in Queens, NY.
I’m not going to lie, I really love how my kids gravitate towards the arts.
It’s even hard to get too upset when they chose to experiment with their own graffiti. If you look closely, you will see Reid’s blue crayon on the wall.
Yes, I’m sure it would help the cause if I didn’t take their pictures next to the coloring on the walls.
Greta is chomping at the bit to help me paint furniture. I keep telling her when she’s 6 she will be my partner. For now, she’s practicing the murals she will do on her dressers.
